Over the course of six transformative days, you will be guided through a series of powerful shamanic practices designed to help you release old patterns, heal past wounds, and awaken to your true potential. Each day begins with a grounding meditation, pranayama, and intention-setting session, followed by immersive workshops, activities, and the practice of Mouna. Mouna, or silent time, involves intentional periods of silence to foster inner peace, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.
You will engage in sacred ceremonies, guided meditations, chanting, and rituals that draw on the wisdom of shamanic traditions. You will also have the opportunity to learn and practice various shamanic techniques, including making a Despacho, journeying, and connecting and working with spirit animals and guides.
